Booking Conditions

Once your request for a booking is made, we will issue an invoice. Depending on the time remaining before the expected arrival date, full payment or a deposit, as explained in the invoice, will be immediately payable. The booking will only exist once the booking fee or full amount, which ever is applicable, has been received. If payment is not received within 7 days of issue of the invoice, we reserve the right to cancel the request for booking.

Cancellation Charges

Once a booking is confirmed, the following cancellation charges will apply:

We recommend strongly that you take out insurance to cover the cost of cancellation of your holiday. We also recommend you take out insurance to cover other potential costs including, but not limited to, illness and personal belongings.

Breakages

You must take reasonable care of the property in which you are staying. On arrival, you may be requested to complete a registration form and desposit a signed credit card slip (Visa/MasterCard) prior to the release of the keys. If you do not have a credit card, you make be required to provide a cash deposit as below:

Deposits or credit card slips will be held against possible damages. An inventory check will normally be carried out within 4 days of your departure, whereupon credit card slips will be destroyed or cash returned in the form of a Sterling cheque dependant on the results.

Please report any breakages as soon as practicable. These must be paid for locally prior to departure.

The rental period for property will normally commence at 4 pm on the day of arrival, and finish at 10.30 am on the day of departure.

Please note that many properties on La Manga Club are privately owned, and it is possible that building work being undertaken by or on behalf of third parties may occur at any time during the season. You should be aware that we have no control over such work, and usually no prior notice.
