When is the Spa open?

It is important that you tell us about any particular health conditions, such as high blood pressure, allergies, injuries or disabilities, and any other concerns when you book. If you experience any discomfort during treatment, please let your therapist know straight away.

Although there are a few specific treatments that are not recommended during pregnancy, there are many that are not only enjoyable, but can also help you relax and relieve some of the symptoms of pregnancy. Please tell us you are pregnant when you book so that we can guide you in your choice of treatments.

To get the most out of your Spa experience, we recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before your appointment. That way you will have time to relax beforehand and enjoy our Spa facilities such as the sauna, steam room and jacuzzis. All treatments start punctually at the scheduled time. If you are late, there will simply be less time available for your treatment, reducing your enjoyment and its effectiveness. There will be no reduction in treatment charges due to late arrival.

There are ample changing facilities at the Spa, so you can arrive wearing your normal clothes. Please note that swimsuits must be worn in all public areas, such as the unisex saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzis and indoor pool. Robes and slippers are provided for your comfort before and after treatment. During treatment your body will be fully draped except for the area being worked on, but please feel free to wear whatever is comfortable for you.

Whilst lockers are available at the Spa for your personal belongings, we recommend that you leave jewellery and valuables at home, or in the safety deposit box of your guest room.

We want you to enjoy your time at La Manga Club Spa to the full. If there is anything we can do to increase your comfort, whether by adjusting the volume of the music, the massage pressure, the temperature, or anything else, please let us know and we'll our best to help. To ensure the atmosphere remains relaxing for you and others, please turn off your mobile phone or pager in the Spa.

For maximum benefit, we suggest that men shave two hours or more before having a facial treatment, although it's not essential. Shaving is not recommended less than two hours before a facial, or prior to any body treatments or hair removal services.

Although the minimum age is normally 18 years, we are happy to provide advice regarding suitable treatments for teens. Those aged 16-18 years may use the gymnasium provided they are accompanied by an adult. The indoor swimming pool is open to everyone over the age of 16 years and to under 16s when accompanied by an adult. Standard charges and conditions apply in all cases.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us six hours in advance to avoid being charged the full service fee. Cancellations of packages or private parties require 24 hours' notice. A credit card number is required at the time you book your treatments.

We accept all major credit cards and cash. If you are staying at the Hyatt Regency La Manga Hotel or Las Lomas Village & Spa you may also charge Spa services to your room account.

If you were pleased with the services you received, please feel free to leave a gratuity which will be distributed to the Spa staff who served you during your visit.
